Our beautiful forest venue is a daytime venue - our hours are from

9.30am to 5.00pm

Rates:

​

Exclusive Venue Hire - peak season R12 500 - the whole venue and all tables/chairs exclusively for the use of your function. Max number of guests 100 thereafter R50pp

​

Non-exclusive hire (up to 3 functions per day) - R3500 - a section of the venue including 3 white picnic benches.  Max number of guests 50 - thereafter R35pp

​

Thatch Lapa - with seating for 50 - an additional R1500 

Thatch Rondavel - with seating for 30 - an additional R800

Kiddies Parties

​

With all the open space - a whole forest full of fairies, critters  - a pirate shipwreck, splash pond with whizzing fountain create the most amazing kids parties - bring in the circus - bring in a funfair - set up a skateboard ramp - build a fairy castle or Rapunzel tower .... food trucks & ice-cream vans welcome!

Children love it at In The Forest & there is not shortage of good old fashioned activities available to book for them in the Robin Hood & Little John Training Forest - supervised by qualified staff!
